- We schedule Three Peaks backflow tests on Mondays, so the calendar will only allow you to book an open, upcoming Monday appointment.

- Payment is due at time of booking. After payment is complete, you will receive an appointment confirmation email.

- Please be aware that appointment times are approximate: arrival time may be a bit early or late depending on how the day is progressing.

- When entering your contact information, please provide your Three Peaks service address, not PO Box.

- There is a 'contact information' field where you can provide any necessary garage/ alarm/ lockbox code information if you will not be present for the appointment.

**Due to an increase in 'no call, no show' missed appointments, a $100.00 fee will be charged if an appointment is missed by a customer without advanced notification.
